Advertiser Guidelines
All advertisers and advertising campaigns within our network are approved on the basis that they agree and adhere to our guidelines at all times, failure to do so may result in the disapproval of your advertising campaigns or ultimately the closure of your account. We reserve the right to update these guidelines when necessary, if you have any questions regarding these guidelines please contact us.
Advertiser Guidelines
Your Advertisements
Our guidelines are in place to maintain a consistency of quality for the end user who will view and interact with your ads. A positive user experience is important, your ad should try to include a relevant image, no misleading ad copy and a landing page which reflects you ad message. The following guidelines are not exhaustive.
- Ad Copy and Images
Our network allows you to create an advert with both text and an image and all new ad campaigns are manually reviewed. In the event of a disapproved ad you are allowed to make the relevant changes and resubmit it.
Ad content:
- Must be grammatically correct and contain correct spelling.
- Must relate closely to the destination page.
- Cannot over use punctuation or fully capitalised words.
- Cannot include unnecessary symbols such as letter replacements, abbreviations or be written consecutively.
- Cannot include unsubstantiated or misleading claims.
- Destination and Display URLs
The ad Destination URL in your advert must point to the same domain as the ad Display URL. We allow the use of keyword focused sub-domains for Display URLs.
- Landing Pages
The landing page your advert redirects to must relate to the advert.
We do not allow landing pages that:
- Launch pop-ups, pop-unders or any type of browser prompt.
- Attempt to install software and/or malware.
- Disable any browser features, such as right clicks and the back button.
- Display prompts upon exiting the landing page forcing the user into further action to close the page.
- Are under construction or are in some way incomplete.
- Automatically run video or audio without the prior consent from the visitor.
- Prohibited Ad Content
There are certain products and services which we do not allow to appear on our partner sites, any ad campaign containing such content will be disapproved upon review. These specific guidelines are subject to change with immediate effect.
Ad content must not contain:
- False claims, misleading claims, deceptive or fraudulent claims.
- Phone numbers, text message numbers (short codes) or email addresses.
- Gambling including but not limited to online poker, casino, sportsbook or bingo activities.
- Prescription drugs, pharmaceutical products or any other medicines.
- Weapons such as firearms and ammunition products.
- Adult content in any form, including adult dating services and adult products.
- Scams, pyramid schemes, get rich quick schemes or any products with unclear billing arrangements.
- Hacking or any other illegal activity.
- Tobacco products.
- Hate speech, inflammatory religious content or criminal activity.
- The sale of alcohol products.
- Misrepresentation by way of using trademarked or copyrighted material.
We reserve the right to refuse an ad campaign based on the business model if we do not feel it fits in with our network or if we deem it to be inappropriate for our audience.
- Advertiser Accounts
Advertisers may not operate more than one account nor can an account be transferred to someone else without prior written permission from us.
